The ideal candidate will maintain accounts by outreach, and effectively communicating with each customer on their forecast and yearly goals.

- Manage sales inboxes as it relates to quotes and orders.
- Handle incoming calls and online requests from customers to generate RFQs and orders.
- On board new customers by providing assistance on new account setup.
- Nurture accounts by frequently following up and seeking new projects and goals from each account.
- Create sales pipeline.
- Other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Obtain a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Business Administration and/or Customer Service.
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a multi-windows environment and resolve customer issues by investigating and providing recommendations.
- Requires high energy, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven.

Mental Functions: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to the supervisor's guidelines.
Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.
