Newman Tractor is a rapidly growing heavy equipment company seeking a Data Analyst that is ready to take a position with a company where you can deliver actionable data all day, every day! As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the acquisition, maintenance and stewardship of all master data driving our ERP system and dependent systems.
You will work closely with all departments to drive continuous improvement in master data process while maintaining close relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other IT functions to define data needs, build sustainable acquisition processes and validate data is fit for purpose on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain data integrity.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
- Develop Reports, KPI’s, Metrics and Dashboards for associates and management teams.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Develop and implement processes.
- Develop training programs and train all employees in various programs.
- Integrate API with various parallel systems and manage that integration.
- Manage Users and User Licenses in all programs.
- Mapping in the ERP system with correct GL codes.
- Set and execute professional development goals.
- Work with management to prioritize business and departmental information needs.
- Manage Database and Outlook security protocols, develop and improve protocols as necessary.
- Monitor data for trends and report to upper management as instructed.
- Build reports in Power BI, interpret the data, and present the data in a meaningful way to assist each department head in understanding the performance of their department, and assist each department head in implementing new processes to improve the department performance.
- Responsible for training all employees in the ERP system, Microsoft Power BI and other programs as needed.
- Travel between branches is required.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or related field.
- Experience in ERP programs and willing to learn our ERP in depth.
- Experience with integrating API with parallel systems.
