The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
This position requires a very dynamic Account Executive who is interested in building a global business perspective or has a global sales experience. You will work with a dynamic customer leading Nokia sales and pre-sales teams across the customer's N.A. operations representing Nokia's IP platform.
What you will learn and contribute to
As an Account Manager you will leverage your customer relationship building skills to foster and manage engagements across a key MSO/Cable customer within the U.S.A. In this role you will support the pursuit of opportunities that span all Nokia routing and associated services. Working with and support for channel partners is also a key learning with this position.
As part of our team, you will:

Be the primary interface for all pre-sales and post-sales engagements including establishing relationships with target customers across all roles within the operator (CxO, engineering, operations, product development, marketing, etc) as it relates to the Nokia routing portfolio.

Develop your strategic thinking skills required to leverage technical, marketing, end-user, and industry information to enable both Nokia's and customers' success.

Partner with sales engineers to understand customer challenges and requirements, then drive orders by providing innovative solutions and product development in support of operator needs.

Your skills and experience
You must have:

Experience and key technology background in the IP Routing business.

Experience developing and creating sales strategies and account plans focused on key opportunities and creative strategies to enter new areas of business for Nokia that grows the sales funnel and drives orders to revenue.

Excellent relationship building skills to develop and foster senior level contacts and achieve "trusted advisor" status within the account.

At least 10 years of sales experience within telecommunications (with Cable/MSOs preferred)

50% travel required across multiple states

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
It would be nice if you also had:

Knowledge of Nokia IP routing products and solutions.

Experience with Salesforce.com

- United States Salary Range: Salary Range*: $100,170 - $212,810 USD plus eligibility for incentive/variable pay.
