To be considered for the Program Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science
- 1 years of program/project management experience in a technical/engineering background, OR
- 1 years of production planning in a fast-paced environment
- MRP/ERP systems familiarity
- Manage new and ongoing product lines to ensure quality products are delivered on time to the customer
- Work with 10-15 cross-functional team members, including engineers, technicians, CSRs, other PM, etc., in a collaborative way to achieve company goals
- Be responsible for driving assigned activities toward achieving scope, quality, and financial objectives, including product line P&I
- Assist department with tactical duties of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Ontic programs/initiatives, short- and long-term organizational plans, budgets, personnel, and functions in licensing and manufacturing aviation legacy product
- Be able to interpret the applicable policies and procedures and make enhancements
- Drive successful project closure and hand-off to functional departments
