What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker position at Oregonic Farms?
Busy farm in Clatskanie is looking for a few good people who are looking for part-time cannabis harvesting work. Our Harvest/Flex Team usually experience full time work with brief, short periods off in between harvests. We are looking for workers with a positive attitude to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is not afraid to work hard and get their hands dirty. Must have a strong attention to detail as well as communicate well, follow directions effectively and work well with others. We pay above minimum wage and provide a stable and safe work environment. Horticulture experience preferred, working in the cannabis industry highly desired. Applicant must have or have in process an Oregon OLCC MJ Worker Permit and have reliable transportation.
