As a Service Manager Trainee, you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. You’ll put your proven leadership skills to work in developing and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service to every customer. You will…
- Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
- Motivate the service team to consistently provide world-class service
- Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team
- Train and develop our service team through hands-on management
- Lead training meetings
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action and delivery of outstanding customer service every time
- Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity

- Bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration or related field
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- 3 - 5 years’ proven success as an operations manager
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
You must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
