CATERING LEAD
Job Description:
As the catering lead you will supervise the preparation, presentation and service of our great food. The Catering Manager interacts closely with catering & retail employees as well as the restaurant managers.
Essential Functions:
Takes orders over phone.
Prepares/reviews prep sheets for food preparation
Begins and completes baking/food preparation.
Builds baskets.
Responsible for lunch preparation
Works FOH as required (see secondary functions below).
Responsible for clean up duties.
Empties trash as required
Requirement:
Average hours per week: 40
Shift: Open / Mid
Open = 6:00am – 1:00pm
Mid = 8:00am – 2:30pm
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs required for tasks including:
Lift and carry food trays/baskets
Lift and carry ingredients
Lift and carry grocery stock
Continuous finger grip and fine manipulation required for tasks including:
Operate cash register
Manipulate Currency
Writing, Computer Keyboard, Calculator & Telephone
Tying baskets
License or Certificate required:
Valid drivers license. Proof of insurance. Valid SSN
Experience or Training required:
Must complete internal 2 week training. Must pass MVR.
