What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Pave?
Account Management @ Pave:
As an Account Manager, your mission will be to retain and drive revenue by ensuring your customers are maximizing the value they take from Pave. You will do this by setting the vision for your customers and partnering closely with Technical Account Managers on executing on this vision. This will be a highly visible and highly cross functional role - the AM function will partner closely with our Sales, Technical Account Management, Product and Operations teams - to ensure we are driving revenue for Pave.
What we’re looking for:
- 4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. It’s a plus if you’ve worked in the HR tech space.
- Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrable track record of hitting/surpassing quota.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
