To the qualified Store Manager we offer:
- Compensation, commensurate with experience, earning potential of $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Primary duties of the Store Manager:
- Ensure that store culture and standards are maintained
- Hire, train, oversee and develop the staff to care for our customers
- Monitor store performance metrics daily and ensure results are achieved
- Marketing – in store, online, and social media
- Oversee regular audits and inventory control
- Manage the firearms program
- Aligns with company vision and values
- Demonstrated success in hands-on leadership & management of sales/retail organization
- Combination of Empathy & Drive for results
- Above average attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
