We are looking for an experienced personable Esthetician to care for our patients that are interested in skin care treatments.
Responsibilities
- Performing consultations and educating patients on options for skincare treatments
- Developing individualized skincare treatment plans.
- Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients.
- Document all patient encounters according to practice guidelines.
- Contact patients by phone and e-mail to follow up after treatment, provide information on promotional specials/new treatments, etc.
- Provide caring guidance to all patients.
- Recognize patient needs and customize individual care.
- Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Experience with aesthetic skincare procedures (Coolscultping, chemical peels, micro-needling. Dermaplaning, lasers, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills over the phone, in written communication, and in person.
- Able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail and ability to manage various job duties simultaneously.
- Have a warm, inviting personality during the entire patient experience.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation
