The National Account Sales Manager (L10 NASM) is responsible to jointly lead and drive partnership growth and execution initiatives of an omni channel specialty retail customer in Home Depot for the Sector Foodservice business across PBNA Division and Franchise Bottlers. Other key accountabilities and deliverables are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Lead PBNA divisional and Bottler customer communication on AOP and quarterly programs, store executional standards, GTM service metrics, and response and recovery procedures.
- Develop and drive weekly Field Sales & GTM communication on partnership development and periodic action planning to course correct against below standard business and customer success metrics performance.
- Conduct weekly/periodic calls with Home Depot Director of Merchandising/Merchant team to review and assess business performance, period priorities, and mutual executional service opportunities for Home Depot’s Merchants and PepsiCo Field Sales.
- Operationalize the Home Depot’s internal data reporting tool to extract and analyze Lowe’s internal sales, inventory position and store presentation management data.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Foster and build PBNA and Bottler divisional field sales/operational and Home Depot regional wiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
- Minimum of 7 years sales experience
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to travel 2-4 days per week
- Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills – strategic Powerpoint presentations highly preferred
- Knowledge of beverage industry – bottler/franchise system highly preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Salary : $98,700 - $165,150
