About the role
Yes, you get to get to go to work and be surrounded by puppies! But each puppy has a family waiting to meet them. Your primary goal is to assist your customers in finding the perfect puppy all while hitting sales targets and providing unforgettable customer experiences along the way.

Competitive pay $18 / hr and commission structure. Our top performers make up to $45 / hr.

Flexible schedule. Our store is open Monday- Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 10am-7pm. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, M-F with some weekends.
Our Hiring Process (3-5 days)
Complete our Assessment. After we review your application we will send you an email inviting you to complete our Assessment. (45-60 minutes)
Recruiter Screen. Our recruiting team will reach out to schedule your phone screen (15 minutes)
Onsite Interview. As the final step in our process, those that we qualify as a good mutual fit will be scheduled for an onsite interview with our Sales Manager. (30-45 minutes)
