As a key member of the TA team, you’ll be pivotal in the hiring process for Phaxis and specifically help source and qualify experienced talent, enhance the screening process and work closely with HR and other corporate functions.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be an expert with all things related to internal hiring and help support growth across our US locations. Through actively sourcing experienced recruiters, conducting phone screens, qualifying over video calls, managing interview processes and negotiating offers, you’ll help attract highly talented individuals to our organization.

• Identify experienced talent across the staffing and recruitment industry, ensuring alignment across our specialized verticals
• Qualify candidates over the phone and across Teams meetings
• Coordinate and manage interview processes
• Manage offer process and coordinate with HR new hire processes

Qualifications

People are at the heart of our company’s success and regardless of your education we’re interested in hiring the best talent. More specifically, if you have at least 3 years of experience recruiting within an agency setting either as a corporate or full-desk recruiter, along with a positive attitude, we'd love to speak. • Success hiring experienced recruiters into staffing firms
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple regions - we have several offices across the US growing!
• Tenacity – ability to remain persistent and stay highly motivated
• Winning Mindset – a track record of success in a competitive environment
• Communication Skills – an ability to qualify both over the phone and across video

• Competitive Annual Base Salary and Commissions (OTE $90-115K)
