Job Title
Sales Support, Pricing and Contract Analyst - Image Guide Therapy Devices (Hybrid : Colorado Springs CO or Plymouth MN)
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to work closely with Image Guided Therapy Devices sales, operations and the finance team to ensure pricing contracts are handled with the utmost attention to detail to completion.
Your role :
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal for continuous improvement of business line offering document workflows
- Reviewing pricing requests and ensuring that all fields are properly completed on a pricing request and then submitting pricing request to Pricing Management team for approval.
- Loading list prices, contract prices, and local pricing requests into Oracle / SAP as applicable
- Reviewing and analyzing current pricing within our operations and inform management of any issues that arise.
- Answering all incoming calls and e-mail correspondence pertaining to pricing and credits and work with management, field sales, customers, third party vendors, and other internal departments.
- Providing follow up research, problem solving, callbacks and authorization documentation related to pricing discrepancies and credits.
You're the right fit if :
- You’ve acquired 3 years of experience in a high volume and fast paced pricing / customer service based environment
- Your skills include : strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle and other applications related to pricin ; excellent communication (written & verbal) skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web tools.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- You’re able to handle complex situations and see the details through to completion and have Proven experience showing strong interpersonal and customer service skills working with sales organizations, customers, and other business areas to resolve customer and field requests.

The pay range for this position is $51,000 to $66,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs CO or Plymouth MN.
