What are the responsibilities and job description for the SCM CoE Manager position at Philips?
Your role:
This position is responsible for managing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within GBS Supply Chain Management. Duties of the team include managing market escalations, troubleshooting SAP transactional defects, process improvement utilizing a variety of Lean methodologies, collaborating with the market or global GBS on new product roll out and process integrations, as well as training and audit support.

You have a bachelor's Degree &/or 4-6 years applicable business experience.
You're a strong influencer, empowered and capable of leading a cross-functional team.
You are able to handle pressure and take directions in a demanding environment.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Your skills include advanced Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
You have experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement & analytical skills gained through work experience is preferred.
You have Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
You have a strong conceptual understanding of Global Supply Chain & Inventory Management practices & techniques desired.
You have the ability to interface with all levels of the organization on issues related to capacity, demand plans and business strategies is preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
