Description
As a Vehicle Specialist at ParkMyFleet, you will help build the future marketplace for mobility. On a typical day, you will intake new vehicles and perform inspections noting all unique identifiers. You will repair, replace, or escalate needed items on each vehicle. You will escalate issues and learn new technology. Great communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will work directly with our Lot Attendants and other team members. This is a quickly growing company, with opportunities for advancement. The compensation for this position is $25/hour.
This opportunity is for three shifts per week at eight hours per shift. More shifts may become available in the future.

Responsibilities
- Work through a maintenance checklist to determine if the vehicle has any issues requiring attention.
- Review maintenance records and concisely summarize.
- Evaluate dents, scratches, and dings.
- Note tire condition, tread, flats, and state of the hubcaps, as well as any non-listed damage.
- Check the vehicle for decals and emergency equipment.
- Note any interior damage to the seats, dash, and floor.
- Identify the type of sound system, A/C unit, airbag options, and other features of the vehicle.
- Complete basic repairs to the vehicle including graphics removals and license plate replacements.
- Perform scans for recalls.
- Exercise vehicles around the parking lot to maintain battery levels
- Perform basic cleaning of vehicle interiors.
- Maintain records of completed work in an inventory management portal.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Active driver’s license (no learner’s permits, suspended licenses, nor expired licenses will not be accepted)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to complete editable PDFs on a laptop, save and upload to an online inventory management system.
- Exhibit safe work methods and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and ability to perform tire changes/replacements and oil changes.
