Manufacturing Associate - Fabricator

Shift / Hours : Monday - Thursday (Temp-to-hire), First Shift, 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00PM (4 12-hour shifts) andSunday - Wednesday(Temp-to-hire), Night Shift, 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00AM (4 12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate : $19 / hr
Location : Halethorpe , MD
Our client in Halethorpe, MD is a Fortune 500 steel company. They are looking for manufacturing associates on the steel rebar production floor.

Manufacturing Associate - Fabricatorresponsibilities include :
- Operate machinery to bend, thread, and sheer steel rebar
- Follow all safety procedures and wear mandatory PPE
- Material handle steel rebar
- Work cross functionally across departments and work stations
- Receive rebar and prep rebar for shipment
- Other general duties as needed
Manufacturing Associate - Fabricatorrequirements include :
- Must have at least 6 months of recent warehouse, labor, or manufacturing experience
- Must be willing to work 4-days a week on 12-hour shifts
- Prior overhead crane experience is a major plus
- Ability to use and accurately read a measuring tape
- Must be able to lift up to50 lbs
- Willingness to submit to a background check and / or drug test (required)
