- Create hiring guides that are up to date and compliant with local, state and federal regulations for each position’s profile to support local teams in hiring qualified candidates.
- Support the staffing process by assisting local recruiters with bilingual interviews.
- Perform onboarding processes by managing all steps from background check to site access, through coordinating OJT with training staff.
- Maintain detailed processes for cross-function training and business continuity.
- Work with cross-function teams to develop job aids for all positions to help employees better understand their job responsibilities.
- Support training and development of cross-function teams
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and keeps the strategy up to date
- Provides monthly metrics on staffing, turnover, and additional areas, as needed.
- Investigate employee concerns and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Provides employee awareness training as needed.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develops performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
- Ensures all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
- Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintains HR systems and processes
- Provides support and guidance to administrative/management staff
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Partner with the Regional Manager to align in best practices
- Some international travel, up to 25%, may be required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience administrative skills, with field HR Manager experience supporting an operating business unit.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, using a variety of media
- Advanced computer proficiency required.
- Must be Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major required.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Law and SHRM certification preferred.
- Experience in multi-unit environments with large hourly populations preferably in the security industry a plus
- Demonstrated excellence in the key responsibilities listed above in this job posting.
