Project Overview:
Manage relationships with retailers and carriers, and develop the consumer go-to-market strategy to maximize the adoption of products.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage the promotional strategy and budget for Product Sales in US Retail.
- Lead the ideation and implementation of launch offer strategies in US Retail.
- Manage data models and analyses to optimize budget usage and identify acceleration plans.
- Report on performance, competitive activities, and market dynamics, adjusting strategy as needed.
- Engage with senior leadership on retail strategy and performance, providing sales acceleration recommendations.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to drive promotional activities and retail activation.
- Develop and deliver presentations with insights on the US Retail channel.
- Guide the annual planning process with retail partners, ensuring volume expectations align with TAM and investment envelopes.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in sales operations, financial modeling, demand planning, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in building analysis and data visualizations in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience working with C-level executives and across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience generating insights from large data sets to drive business decisions.
- Background in business finance, consulting, or investment banking in Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, or Technology industries.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Structured problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and tolerate ambiguity.
