This position is someone that will help train employees, cover for employees, help make our accounts look spotless, and keep our customers 100% HAPPY!!! It's a very rewarding position to know you are making a difference every single day.
Must have experience managing employees, have cleaning experience, must be polite and courteous with the public, employees, and fellow management. It's really a TEAM effort here.

Quality Care Cleaning is a family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company located in Ottawa, IL. Our company is community-based and celebrating 25 years in business this year!
We are seeking an experienced Full Time Field Cleaning Manager with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Additional benefits will be discussed at the time of the interview. The candidate must have excellent organization skills, be a self-starter, be motivated, and be a disciplined worker. The candidate can start as early as next week!
Duties include:
- Responsible for the training and coaching of employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Perform quality assurance checks and ensure that standards are met.
- Cleaning Accounts where needed.
- Coordinating with the office staff/owner.
The schedule will vary and every other weekend is required.
Must have:
- Cleaning experience
- Ability to manage employees
- Eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule
- Clear background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Most of all a TEAM player.
