Culinary Director

Quality Branded, the parent company behind Quality Italian, is seeking a Director of Back of House Operations to join our growing team. The Director of BOH Operations reports directly to the VP of BOH Operations and works very closely with the Director of FOH Operations to oversee multiple properties. The position is expected to be in the restaurants on a nightly basis as a core part of the role. 

Candidate must have:

• Elevated leadership skills.
• High financial acumen 
• Experience in high volume, premier NYC restaurants.
• Prior experience as a Director of Operations or Multi-Unit Executive Chef
• Passion for restaurants and hospitality and a positive, flexible, hard-working mindset
