Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations, handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
• Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes.
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
• Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
