Seeking a new opportunity with a growing company where you can showcase your love for working with people? Maybe you don’t have years and years of experience in a sales role, but you have a strong Customer Service background, love working with people on the phone and by email, and have a passion for interior design, kitchen design, outdoor living, or design in general? (You do not have to be designer!) We are searching for someone to join our team who gets excited about providing THE BEST Customer Service Experience in the industry.  

salary: $37,000 - $37,500 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls during business hours and assist customers with sales, design and product construction related questions
• Confidently communicate with customers via phone and email; ALL communication is remote and not face-to-face
• Be proficient in product line including cabinet shapes, dimensions, features, colors, door styles, and price
• Update CRM system with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities
• strong communication skills, written and verbal, are a must
• Follow-up with customers who have open Proposals on the schedule set forth in the Team Responsibilities schedule.
• Follow-up with repeat Industry Professional (contractors, designers, etc) customers for future projects. Build and maintain working relationships with these customers for future business and growth.
