work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
One to three years’ related experience, preferably in an extrusion manufacturing facility
Three to five years’ experience is a supervisory capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Three to five years’ experience years working within a team environment
Ability to supervise a work team and troubleshoot problems with little or no direction
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), use of PC and internet
Reliable and flexible, able to supervise shifts as needed based on business demands
Excellent work ethic
Good decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate, read and write effectively in English
Standing and bending for extended periods of time
Lifting up to 50 pounds in a safe and prudent manner, as trained without straining
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 10 hours at one time
