ResourceMFG is HIRING A HR ASSISTANT for our full-service tier 1 automotive interior and exterior trim manufacturer in Smyrna!
Temp to Hire after 90 days! $18 an Hour!
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7am to 3:30pm
- There may be some days the work schedule changes based on shift needs
HR ASSISTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support all visitors
- Assist incoming calls
- Assist recruiting for all levels
- Enter new employee information into HRIS and E-Verification at the time of hire
- Work with staffing agencies
- Assist supervisors and managers for absenteeism tracking through HRIS (Dayforce)
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Coordinate company events and other requests from management
- Coordinate employee recognition programs
- Assist other members of the Human Resources Team as needed
- Manage outgoing and incoming mail
- Assist with coordination and training for New Hire Orientation
- Enter work schedules into HRIS
- Assist employees with HR-related questions
- Assist with processing employee status changes in HRIS and personnel files
- Office environment with occasional need to be exposed to manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
HR ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Follow established work practices that support compliance with all company policies, safety standards, 5S practices, regulatory and/or customer requirements
- Strong Customer Service oriented and able to work with a diverse group of associates
- There are at least five (5) different languages including Spanish, Laotian, Burmese, Thai
- Ability to work independently and with a Team
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
