Job Summary: As a Merchandise Pricer you will play a crucial role in determining the value of our merchandise and optimizing its placement for maximum sales potential. Your responsibilities will include researching item values, creating price tags, and deciding the best sales channels for our products. You will also handle item organization, online marketplace listings, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price Research and Tagging: Research the average price of merchandise and establish appropriate pricing for the Store. Create and attach price tags to items accurately.
• Sales Channel Determination: Evaluate items to decide if they should be sold in-store, on online marketplaces, in the bin-room, or via auction.
• Item Organization: Arrange merchandise in designated areas to prepare for retail display and shipping.
• Online Marketplace Management: Identify specialty and collectible items to list on eBay and other online marketplaces. Research, photograph, and create detailed listings to maximize item value.
• Item Handling: Receive and sort incoming merchandise. Handle data entry, track items sold and shipped and assist in shipping as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide timely and professional communication with both internal and external customers.
• Productivity Goals: Meet daily productivity targets and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift, handle, or carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and cooperative attitude.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, team-
  oriented environment.
• Adherence to our Warehouse policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail store operations preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandise pricing preferred.
• Familiarity with online marketplace transactions and listing items on platforms like eBay
  preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM
