A company in North Houston is looking to fill an Estimator/Data Entry role. This will be an in-office role working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service.
- Maneuver engineer portals to retrieve plans to bid.
- Provide accurate take-offs on a consistent basis.
- Navigate our systems and follow procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and diagnose customer problems and identify the most efficient means to resolve problem to the satisfaction of the company and customer.
- Provide follow-up as needed on customer inquires to ensure resolution satisfies customers and meets all internal expectations.
- Document all inquires and resolutions.
- Be able to receive direct supervision and guidance.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Computer Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Requirements
Candidate must be detail oriented, exhibit excellent communication, mathematical and analytical skills, ability to multi-task, and handle a fast-paced environment.
