What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Robert Half?
Your responsibilities
- Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Produce a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Collaborate closely with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Design employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Wield HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Assess employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
- Craft onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Craft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Manage disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
Requirements
- 1 years of human resources experience
- Comfortable developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Skilled in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong time management skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
