Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post job openings.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other perks.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
- Bilingual Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the organization and Mandarin-speaking employees.
- Translate HR documents and policies to ensure a complete understanding of HR procedures.
- HR Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and federal requirements.
