Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to finalizing employment contracts
- Conduct new hire orientations to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Administer employee benefits and respond to any related inquiries or issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a fair and ethical work environment
- Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and data
- Leverage knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to manage employee leaves of absence effectively
- Employ strong communication skills to build and maintain positive employee relations
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient management of the recruitment process
- Oversee HR administration tasks, including record-keeping and document management
- Handle HR compliance matters, ensuring all procedures align with federal and state laws.
- Proficiency in ATS - Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Compliance in HR
- Ability to manage Employee Relations
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
- Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting
- Experience conducting New Hire Orientations
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with HR Compliance
