RoomReady is looking for a Marketing intern who is ready and motivated to enhance the workplace at a fast-growing technology company located in Normal, Illinois. RoomReady delivers video conferencing, content sharing, and meeting management technology that creates simple, personal, and consistent experiences. We are looking for a candidate who has an eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity, and a drive to excel. Candidate must have a basic understanding of Marketing and a desire to pursue a career in Marketing. RoomReady embraces a hybrid work environment, work will be performed mostly in-person but some remote work is a possibility.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
We will begin reviewing resumes immediately. We are looking for someone around 20 hours per week. Must be able to work in-person at the Bloomington, IL office. Rate of pay is $16-$18 per hour. The position is available for school credit. Ideally, the candidate will start in late summer/early fall.

Key Responsibilities
- Organization of digital assets on SharePoint and RoomReady.com
- Liaison with our outside agencies and freelancers to organize project details, asset creation, and timelines.
- Coordinating editorial/marketing calendar.
- Provide marketing team support with projects – content creation, administrative, etc.
- Gather metrics and analytics, data reporting, and database tracking.
- Assist with the execution of the company’s email marketing efforts.
- Help create accurate and timely posts on all social media accounts.
- Attends company/department/team training and meetings as appropriate.
- Assist in all marketing efforts associated with the company’s new facility opening.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism by demonstrating excellent attendance, adhering to company guidelines, meeting objectives thoroughly and on time, etc
As a Marketing Intern, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
- Organized and detail-oriented High level of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines
- In current pursuit of an Associates or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs
- Have reliable transportation.
