Summary:
The Handyman is the face of RXR Management in attending to the day-to-day operation of the property. Responsibilities include responding to a tenant service request in an efficient, friendly, and responsible manner. They must be reliable, able to work on their own or as directed by the Building Manager. Perform maintenance and repairs, painting, cleaning, and other tasks required for keeping this building and its equipment in good working order. This is a 32 BJ position and will be classified in the union as ‘Other’.
