Painter - Industrial

We are seeking an Industrial Painter. As a Painter, you'll prepare, coat and finish metal and/or other surfaces by operating conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of services. This position is for a full-time role.

Industrial Painters Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, surfaces and structures for coverage with paint.
• Operate conventional and airless equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces.
• Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted.
• Tag and/or stencil painted tools and equipment.
• Palletize, band and/or package tools and equipment, and stage for delivery.
• Maintain and organize inventory of paint and related supplies.
• Observe all safety rules and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on paint booth (including cleaning booth and performing filter changes).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Must be able to use pneumatic surface preparation tools (such as sanders and grinders).
• Must be able to use a paint spray gun.
• Must be committed to quality and ensuring that product leaves our facility in a professional and attractive appearance.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
