Description
SAIC is looking for a Training Analyst to support a program located in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities include
- Provide training development, delivery, and support for HQMC Global Force Management operations.
- Responsible for developing training packages, course curriculum and programs of instruction (POIs) to support annual training objectives and team growth and proficiency goals.
- Capture and record accomplishments, to include development of curriculum, courses approved, and taught, metrics from courses, number trained, scores, after instruction reports.
- Develop input for monthly deliverables, report monthly accomplishments summarizing top level actions, interactions, and products developed and delivered.
- Working knowledge of Joint and USMC force deployment, global force management processes and systems is a big plus.
Qualifications
Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s and six (6) years of related experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Must have Training Analyst/Instructor experience.
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Must have a high level of communication skills both oral and written.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and have an active Secret security clearance. Higher level clearances are acceptable.
