QA Tester
Work location
Horsham PA 19044.
Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on?
ARP Project. Do some stuff on the backend in terms of developing and testing. Testing the back program of the project.
Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? 8 to 10
What is the break-down of the team?s skill sets (ex: 1PO, 1 BA, 1 data architect, 2 developers, 2 QA, 1 UAT and 1ITOps)?
Ideal Candidate -- SQL, Systems Analysis Capabilities, Strong Data Analytical Skills, ETL Tester (UAT and Regression Testing) -- Looking for someone who has experience in Data Warehousing
Soft Skills -- Looking for someone who thinks critically and is a fast learner -- Understanding data and thinking in terms of the data are driving factors of success on their team
Remote/Hybrid: Prefer a local candidate but is willing to flex for a remote candidate if they are the right fit -- if they are hybrid Biren's team is flexible, 1-2 days a week to start and then can be flexible from there
Interview Process -- Condensed down to 1 step, No interview times but Biren and his boss (Doug Ubele) said this is a pressing priority and will make time next week. Biren mentioned setting up interviews the same way that he did for the last role (sends me his availability over 2-3 days and then from there we match what the candidates can do)
