What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Receptionist position at San Miguel Villa?
San Miguel Villa is looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team as the Front Receptionist. This position is one of the most important roles at the building because it truly gives the first impression for all care at the facility. Reception is a great entry point for many other administrative responsibilities and allows for learning about the back office and operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. The responsibilities of this position go far beyond answering phones-it also includes the following:
- Infection Control Visitation Screening
- Oversight of COVID-19 testing
- Transportation and appointment scheduling
- Care Conference scheduling
- Office supply orders and inventory
- Occasional patient medical paperwork
Schedule:
This position is on an alternating 4-2 schedule (meaning 4 days working, 2 days off, then repeat).
Experience:
We accept both experienced and new Receptionists! We offer a very extensive training program for all employees that will enable you to feel confident with the position.
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Long-term care: 1 year (Preferred)
- CNA license HIGHLY preferred but not required - also provides higher pay
