Position: Recruiter
Location: Onsite / Work From Home Hybrid
Schedule: Full Time – Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $45,000-50,000 Annual Salary (based on candidate experience)

- Previous full cycle recruiting experience (minimum 1-2 years)

This position will coordinate the sourcing and hiring of candidates for several positions across the organization. They will work closely with the Empowerment Team to find qualified people and conduct many phone screens to determine basic competency for the position and strong cultural fit with Sandstone Care. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about substance use and mental health care, is outgoing, organized, and a self-starter. The right candidate must be willing to take risks, learn from their mistakes and stay in constant communication with the team around the recruiting and hiring process.

- A minimum of intermediate knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs and general comfort with using IT systems
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with accuracy
- Able to keep several projects moving forward at once
- Supports the development of the recruiting process, executing sourcing of candidates, pre-screen phone calls, and in-person interviews at facilities, which could include some travel
- Estimates the needs for candidates across the organization and support creative staffing solutions to meet the needs of the organization
- Evaluated the recruiting process to ensure high quality candidates are being hired
- Prepares a variety of documentation (e.g. interview notes, background checks, reference checks, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
- Schedules work hours and assignments for the purpose of ensuring adequate coverage for operations.
- Work closely with all members of the team to assure positive working relationships
- Participate on committees and in professional meetings and staffing as necessary for the functions of the program
- Participates in the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program
- Other duties as assigned
