What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Helper (Seasonal) position at Scout Boats?
Scout Boats is looking for a summer helper in our Business office. This person will spend half the day scanning folders into our system to be shredded and uploaded into our document control center. We are transitioning to being paperless and need help uploading documents.
The second part of the day will be spent assisting our Sales Coordinator with various tasks.
The ideal candidate will be proficient using computers, detail orientated, and able to multi-task.
This would be a great summer job for students looking for temporary work.
Pay: $15/HR
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 AM- 5 PM, Friday 8 AM- 12 PM
