The Private Banking Market Unit has an immediate opening on the Performance Reporting Team and now accepting applicants! The Performance Reporting Team is dedicated to providing back office investment performance solutions to investment managers and advisors. What you will do:
- Generate investor ready performance reports and assist with service inquiries.
- Reconcile holdings, transactions and prices received from SWP and TRUST 3000.
- Analyze portfolio rates of return vs benchmarks and peers to ensure accuracy.
- Create and maintain household, strategy and investment manager composites, blended benchmarks and benchmark packages.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for vendor code releases.
- Onboard firms onto the PerformanceStation application and support Firms use of SEI’s performance solution.
- Communicate directly with Firms regarding SEI’s performance reporting solution and addressing Firms’ questions and concerns.
- Reconcile pricing, financial transactions, and position data.
- Analyze portfolio rates of return for accuracy.
- Train client users on the PerformanceStation application.
- Participate in new client implementations.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and to meet daily deadlines.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or 3 years equivalent experience preferred and familiarity with any of the following: investment performance, portfolio accounting, securities analysis, portfolio management, project management;
- Dedication to quality customer service for both internal and external customers;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; and
- Knowledge of SQL a plus. GIPS knowledge a plus.
