Selectek is looking for a Customer Logistics Agent to manage demand for selected customers to ensure proper planning from order entry through production and on time shipment.
Required :
- Bachelors Degree & 2-3 years of equivalent job experience
- Exceptional computer / business skills (Microsoft Excel especially)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to forecast and manage customer demand
- Ability to represent yourself and the company in a professional manner to customers and suppliers
Job Responsibilities :
- Order entry and management within the PeopleSoft system
- Answer customer inquires regarding delivery, price and demand
- Interact with global organization to communicate customer requirements
- Work with Master Scheduling, Production, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Communicate with customer and sales any changes that may impact the schedule
- Initiate, follow and complete projects within a set timeline
- Use of reporting tools for order and forecast analysis
- Travel to customer and company locations as needed
- Other duties as required

Salary Range : $60,000 - $72,000
Term of assignment : Direct Hire
WFH / Remote : No
Hours & Shift : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM
Overtime : Some on occasion
Travel : No
Work Attire : Business casual
