How you will make an impact :
SilverCreek is seeking an entry level Custodian to play a vital role in our community, diligently maintaining the Physical Plant and Grounds to prevent breakdowns and accidents while meeting regulatory requirements.
In this role, you are responsible for general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning carpets and assisting with community scheduled maintenance projects.
You will support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing and making sure that common spaces are cleaned.
This is a full-time position from Monday - Friday with hours from 8 : 30 am - 5pm and room for flexibility.
What you will need :
High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
