What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Skin Deep Strongsville?
Responsibilities:
- Work Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm - 8pm, Saturdays from 8:30am - 5:30pm and other days as needed/available
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and super friendly, comfortable manner
- Answer phone calls and address client needs (e.g. schedule appointment, purchase service, etc.)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and work space for all providers
- Maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Passion and knowledge in skincare
- Knowledge of medical office or medical spa procedures is a plus
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support in a professional, very friendly, outgoing manner
