Our Lacey Branch looking to add a Recruiter to our team.

· The position is located in Lacey, WA

· This position is paying $40k-$44k DOE (plus opportunity to earn monthly bonuses)

We are seeking candidates who have experience as a Recruiter with a strong preference within the Staffing Industry. You will be recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for employment opportunities for temporary project positions, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions. You will also be working closely with our client companies consulting and delivering options to deliver staffing results for their organization.

Requirements:

· Must have the ability to be able to work flexible hours (very occasional weekends)

· Must have own vehicle

· Must have strong computer skills

· Must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

· Must have the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with people
