Snap One is seeking a motivated, experienced and dynamic professional to fill the full time position of Receptionist. This position will report to the Administrative Manager and will act as the primary receptionist for Snap One corporate office. The candidate must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.

Specific Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and greet clients/visitors
- Assist in office supplies management and vendor relationships for materials
- Help prepare, organize and make arrangements for team and departmental meetings
- Oversee (receive and distribute) Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS deliveries
- Sort and help distribute mail
- Create new employee badges and name plates
- Provide back up support to the Executive Assistants
- Other general office clerical and administrative duties as needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent Outlook skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Advanced degree
- 2 Years Administrative/Receptionist experience
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
