Job Description :
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at Snoqualmie Falls Brewery. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while working in a dynamic and collaborative kitchen environment.
You will play a key role in preparing and executing our menu offerings with precision and creativity, ensuring that every dish reflects the quality and craftsmanship that our brewery is known for.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute to menu development and innovation
Qualifications :
Previous experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
