What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Driver position at Sourdough?
Summary
The Line Driver is expected to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation to our customers with the use of company provided equipment.
Essential Job Functions
This position will primarily consist of delivery operations involving positioning and moving trucks and trailers on and between various facilities. On occasion, the deliveries will be required throughout the region.
Typical Duties
- Operate company-owned trucks to facilitate pick-up and deliveries
- Maintain all required certification required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs
- Ensure proper documentation of all pick-up and deliveries
- Perform standard maintenance of all trucks and equipment
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
- Promote Sourdough’s Vision, Mission, and Culture Statements
- Other duties as assigned
