As a Fraud Analyst, your focus is supporting the development and analysis of fraud strategies. You’ll conduct in-depth research and investigations of complex situations. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!
WHAT OUR FRAUD ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Working with leadership and business partners to identify data and reporting needs
- Developing methodologies to gain answers to business problems
- Designing and implementing tests to determine strategy effectiveness
- Collaborating with experienced team members to create process improvements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Reporting and Analytics: 2 years, Fraud Protection Analysis or general data Analysis: 4 years, Making complex business decisions
- Technical Skills: Ability to identify trends in data then apply relevant analytical and statistical methods to problem solve
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication
- Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective prioritization and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to monitor and coach in all types of fraud scenarios
- Familiar with the MicroStrategy reporting tool
