JOB SUMMARY :
DSP Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of direct service provider onboarding. In addition, initiating,
maintain and building relationships with DSP's
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Maintain accurate progress tracking.
- Routine progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review insurance to ensure set requirements are met.
- Contract language revision.
- Facilitate between providers and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with assigned providers on a consistent basis. Maintain accurate progress tracking
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
EDUCATION : Associates / 2 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE : 2 years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE : NA
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES : NA
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Familiarity with Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word required.
- Strong facilitation skills, project management skills and negotiation skills.
