Job Details:


At Splan, the sales professional will engage potential and existing clients via email and phone, persuading them to make product purchases, while also generating leads and processing purchase orders.


Responsibilities:


  • Foster lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional after-sales service.
  • Proactively seek new sales prospects through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Deepen understanding of product features and benefits to enhance sales pitch.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring tailored product selections.
  • Organize a dynamic sales pipeline, tracking prospects' progress in the buying journey.
  • Follow up diligently on potential customer inquiries via website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings between potential clients and Outside Sales Representatives.
