What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist-Mobile position at SS?
Mobile phlebotomist duties:
- Must be local & have basic phlebotomy supplies
- Must have malpractice insurance (aka phlebotomy liability insurance)
- Must be competent to use a mobile app on your smartphone to complete all jobs
- Must update your availability in our mobile app to receive jobs-We do NOT hire for only weekend & evening availibilty. Must be open between the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
- Must pay attention to detail, label tubes & dropoff specimens properly & correctly to company/lab authorized shipping facilities
- Please do not apply if you are not willing to cover your work as an independent contractor with phlebotomy liability insurance or do not have necessary supplies in order to complete draw requests.
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Experience:
- ongoing phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- phlebotomy liability insurance (Preferred)
- smartphone to download mobile app (Required)
- phlebotomy supplies to collect blood samples (Preferred)
